Producer Napji Calls Out Davido for Alleged Unpaid Royalties on Hit Album Tracks

Music producer Napii has taken to social media to confront Davido, claiming that he has not received royalties for his work on three songs from Davido’s 2020 album, ‘A Better Time.’ Napii asserts that despite producing tracks like ‘Fem,’ ‘Jowo,’ and ‘Sunlight,’ he has yet to be compensated for his contributions.

In a post on his X handle, Napii disclosed that he was only paid an advance of 500 thousand naira for each song and vowed to share more details as he pursues the collection of his royalties and publishing rights.
