Music producer Dr. Roy sheds light on Mercy Chinwo’s lack of awareness regarding the alleged mistreatment he endured under Eezee Concept Records, owned by EeZee Tee. In an interview on The Honest Bunch Podcast, Dr. Roy disclosed EeZee Tee’s withholding of his financial dues despite producing hits like ‘Excess Love’ for Mercy Chinwo during her seven-year tenure with the label.

Dr. Roy expressed that Mercy remained oblivious to the situation, stating, “For Mercy’s sake, I don’t know how he (EeZee Tee) has painted me before her so I didn’t let her know the maltreatment.” However, he praised Mercy for her support during personal hardships, emphasizing her kindness and generosity.

In a clarifying Instagram video, Dr. Roy reiterated his respect for Mercy’s talent and character while directing his remarks towards the record label owner. He emphasized Mercy’s assistance during his father’s illness and passing, highlighting her compassionate nature.
