EFCC Operatives Present Binance Executive in Court

“Binance Executive Faces Court Over Alleged Tax Evasion”An official of Binance Holdings Limited, Tigran Gambaryan, is set to appear in court amid allegations of tax evasion. Alongside Gambaryan, Nadeem Anjarwalla, who is reportedly on the run, is expected to be arraigned today at the Federal High Court in Abuja.The suit, identified as FHC/ABJ/C/115|2024, alleges that Binance failed to register with the Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS) for the purpose of fulfilling tax obligations administered by the service. Furthermore, the FIRS contends that while Binance provided taxable services to subscribers on its trading platform, the company neglected to issue invoices to these subscribers for the assessment and payment of value-added taxes.
