EFCC Issues Warning to Schools and Malls Against Dollar Charging Practices

Ola Olukoyede, the chairman of EFCC, conveyed this warning in the latest edition of the commission’s monthly e-magazine, EFCC Alert, published on Monday.Olukoyede emphasized that the dollarization of the economy would be treated as a criminal offense under Nigerian laws, with potential prosecution awaiting offenders. He specifically pinpointed schools, supermarkets, estate developers, and hotels as entities subject to scrutiny and potential legal action.
