Description: “Nigerian music sensation, David Adeleke, widely known as Davido, has reached an agreement to resolve the breach of contract lawsuit filed against him by the Amaju Pinnick-led Brownhill Investment Company Limited out of court. PUNCH Online previously reported Pinnick’s allegations against Davido for failing to fulfill performance obligations despite receiving $94,600. The lawsuit, initiated before the Delta State High Court, sought N2.3bn in damages. However, The Cable disclosed that the parties reached a mutual settlement outside the courtroom, subsequently approved by the High Court in Delta. As part of the agreement, Davido will pay N30 million within seven days to partially cover the claimant’s legal fees.”
