Burna Boy Stumbles Over Words at Award Show, Seeks Assistance (Video)

Nigerian singer Burna Boy faced some challenges while presenting an award for the British Fashion Council.

Initially, Burna Boy appeared poised to read from the teleprompter, but encountered difficulties as he progressed. Squinting his eyes and stumbling over his words, he quickly called on UK rapper Stormzy to assist him with the prompt, doing so in a lighthearted manner.

As Stormzy stepped in to read the prompt, Burna Boy stood beside him, his hand resting on the rapper’s shoulder, while he continued to struggle with the text displayed on the teleprompter.

From the video footage, it was evident that Burna Boy found it challenging to comprehend the words on the teleprompter. Additionally, it appeared that he may have had difficulty seeing clearly, as he repeatedly squinted his eyes, which appeared swollen.

Although Burna Boy may have encountered difficulty reading the prompt at the award show, his prowess as a singer remains unquestionable.
