Governor Zulum of Borno State has instructed the Head of Service, Barr. Mallam Fannami, to cease biometric data capturing of civil servants in the state by the conclusion of February. The directive was issued during an interaction with teachers from Zanna Umarti Primary School and Government Secondary School in Damasak town on Tuesday.”
