AFCON 2023 final: Super Eagles starting XI for Ivory Coast match revealed

Head coach of the Super Eagles, Jose Peseiro, has made two changes to his starting XI for the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations final against Ivory Coast.

Zaidu Sanusi returns to the line-up after missing the semi-final victory over South Africa due to injury.

Peseiro also prefers Samuel Chukwueze to Moses Simon.

Chippa Unite’s Stanley Nwabali will start in goal for the seventh time in the competition.

Ola Aina, William Troost-Ekong, Semi Ajayi and Calvin Bassey all kept their place in the starting line-up.
