Nigerian singer David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, has expressed his reluctance to seek collaborations with American artists other than Chris Brown. He hinted at an anticipated collaboration with Rihanna following her endorsement of his song ‘Unavailable’ as her favorite.

During a podcast interview with Sway’s Universe, Davido remarked, “Aside from Chris Brown, I’m not going to disturb myself for any other American collaboration. Rihanna said ‘Unavailable’ is her best song, so I’m waiting to work with her.”

Davido also touted his collaboration with Chris Brown on ‘Blow My Mind’ as a groundbreaking moment in the fusion of Afrobeats and American music. He asserted, “‘Blow My Mind’ with Chris Brown was the first US × Afrobeats collaboration to go crazy aside from ‘One Dance’ by Drake and Wizkid.”
