Allegedly, Evangelist Adegboyega, a pastor, was m*rdered by individuals suspected to be herdsmen in the Gege area, along the Ogbomoso-Iseyin road. The incident occurred when the pastor confronted herdsmen grazing their cattle on his farm, resulting in a fatal confrontation.
According to DAILY POST, three suspects were captured by the villagers and promptly delivered to the palace of the Soun of Ogbomosho, Oba Afolabi Ghandi Olaoye. Subsequently, they were transferred to the police for further investigation. Meanwhile, the body of the deceased has been placed in a private mortuary.
